A collection of echocardiogram images and video clips that have been labeled #PSAX (Parasternal Short Axis). In PSAX, the probe is oriented 90 degress from the long axis, in the parasternal area in the third or fourth intercostal space. Depending on the level of the probe you can see the aortic root, mitral valve, mid-ventricle, and apex of the ventricles.
