Visual Abstracts are quick way to summarize the important points of a journal article or study. They are similar to the text abstract of a study, but the visual nature of the infographic makes it much easier and faster for viewers to quickly digest the contents of the article. Dissemination of Visual Abstracts have been shown to significantly the number of engagements with the article in terms of retweets, impressions, shares, article visits, and ultimately article reads. We are trying to collect visual abstracts for all of the major landmark trials to make the highest level of evidence based medicine quickly accessible to clinicians.
