 • Aggressive IV hydration
 • IV Bisphosphonate +/- Calcitonin
 • Renal failure: Dalysis with low Ca+ bath
 • Volume overload: Loop diuretic
 • Lymphoma/Leukemia: Consider corticosteroids
 • Refractory: Gallium nitrate or Denosumab
