Blood Filled Stomach in Upper GI Bleed on POCUS

With hypotension and an UGIB, it always helps to look before you leap! Massively distended, blood filled stomach on RUSH POCUS scan.

Aspirate via NG to confirm if it is blood or just fluid with food particles. -> Lots and lots of blood!!
