Lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis or LIP is uncommon, being seen mainly in patients with autoimmune disease, particularly Sj?gren's syndrome, and in patients with AIDS. Symptoms are nonspecific and often those of the patient's underlying disease HRCT findings are usually nonspecific.
