Ruptured AAA on POCUS Nice pick up with a POCUS RUSH exam in a patient with undifferentiated hypotension showing a ruptured AAA. Excellent find on RUSH protocol! Large AAA with leak. If everything else is negative and no leak can be seen, presume that it is leaking AAA until ruled out.
