 • Viral: Enterovirus, Herpesvirus, Adenovirus, Parvovirus
 • Bacterial: Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Pneumococcus spp, Staphylococcus spp, Coxiella burnetii
 • Fungal: Histoplasma, Aspergillus, Blastomyces, Candida
Non-Infectious:
 • Rheumatologic: SLE, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren Syndrome, Scleroderma, MCTD, Sarcoidosis, Familiar Mediterranean Fever
 • Vasculitis: EGPA, Horton Disease, Takayasu Disease, Behcet Syndrome
 • Malignant - Metastatic: Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Melanoma
 • Malignant - Primary: Lymphoma, Leukemia, Pericardial Mesothelioma
 • Metabolic: Uremia, Myxedema
 • Other: Radiation Injury, Direct Injury, Postcardiac Injury Syndrome, Dissection, Idiopathic, Drug-related
