• Interstitial nephritis
• Obstructive uropathies
• Drugs
• Diabetic Nephropathy
Renin Normal, Renin High:
• Primary hypoaldosteronism
• Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
• Drugs
• Addison's/congenital adrenal hypoplasia
Aldosterone high:
• Post-renal transplant
• Obstructive uropathy
• Sickle-cell nephropathy
• Drugs
• PHA type l/type 2
• Type 1
