Positive LUQ on FAST Exam - Rupture Spleen

POCUS pearl: the splenorenal ligament tethers the spleen and L kidney close; free fluid, as in this ruptured spleen, can preferentially go the diaphragm first. Must see diaphragm in both UQ for a complete FAST...but especially important in LUQ.
