Perforated Gastric Ulcer on Abdominal POCUS
Not all FASTs are simple. Take a look at this! There is complex layering fluid in the LUQ. Your differential should be widened. In this case, the patient suffered a perforated gastric ulcer with layering succus seen in the abdomen!

The layering is classic. EFAST is a great protocol for evaluating for occult bleed due to trauma. This could be a limited US abdomen to rule out free fluid.
