Cystic Duct Stone on Biliary POCUS

Not your average gall stone. This stone is lodged in the cystic duct, resulting in visualization of the mythical spiral valves of Heister! Cystic duct stones can lead to Mirizzi syndrome, a common hepatic duct obstruction that developed in this patient.

Very clear video, showing a small echogenic calculus with an acoustic shadow in the cystic duct. CBD is also dilated, shotgun sign is positive, and GB wall slightly thickened.
