Pneumoperitoneum via Perforated Duodenal Ulcer- Free Air on Abdominal POCUS

Young patient with diffuse abdominal pain...don't let the cholelithiasis distract you, there's something else you might see.
This patient ultimately was diagnosed with a perforated duodenal ulcer.
Teaching point: Free intraperitoneal air is best seen with the patient in a supine position between the liver and the anterior abdominal wall. Left lateral decubitus helpful. Don't get fooled by lung or bowel. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/ar
