Paget’s Disease of Bone - Radiography (Panel A) showed bony enlargement (arrowheads) and cortical thickening (white arrow), along with coarsening of trabeculae in the right ilium and right femur extending up to the subchondral region (Panels A and B, black arrows), with thickening of bilateral iliopectineal (Panel B, arrowheads) and ilioischial lines (Panel B, white arrow), all of which suggested Paget’s disease of bone. A bone scan showed increased uptake in the involved bones (Panel C). #Clinical #Radiology #Pagets #PagetsDisease #XRay #BoneScan #NEJM
