Typical (Counterclockwise) Atrial Flutter
 • Inferior leads: Sawtooth waves (fast up, slow down; "negative")
 • V1: Isoelectric segment with positive "p waves"
Reverse Typical (Clockwise) Atrial Flutter
 • Inferior leads: "Positive" waves often notched (usually not sawtooth)
 • V1: Broad & negative "P waves", sometimes notched
