Pericardial Hemangioma on Echocardiogram (PLAX) DDx on this para-aortic pericardial mass? Radiologist on CT: “No enchancement on CT, depending on ECHO appearance differentials favour pericardial cyst or lymphoma” Approx 50 HU. PET/CT = on avid lesions CMR = no myocardial involvement & after gad the mass showed some areas of intense enhancement Proceeded to mediastinoscopy & Bx, which demonstrated???
