How do we estimate Pulmonary artery pressure in such a situation? PA dilation, short PA acceleration time, systolic IVS flattening and increased RV wall thickness would suggest RV pressure overload (all absent in this particular case). TR jet in cases like this is triangular (V cutoff sign) and is indeed useless for PA pressure estimation.
