Lambls Excrescences on Echocardiogram An incidental finding in a young patient with polyneuritis - there is a little someting on the aortic valve. To better appreciate the mass, TEE was done 48 hrs later. As you can appreciate yourselves, the mass has gone! There is MVP. Probably also aortic valve prolapse of the NC cusp and degenerated tissue associated with it i.e. lambl’s. It doesn’t appear to move independent of cardiac motion making the vegetation unlikely.
