Catheter in the Aorta Mimicking Dissection on Echocardiogram
An easy case for POCUS / FoCUS lovers.  This is NOT an aortic dissection!  What is it then?
The flap-like structure in the aorta was a catheter, as we were getting ready for an alcohol septal ablation. Otherwise, it looks like a dissection. FoCUS is not the interpretation of stored images and should always be interpreted in the clinical context
