Cutaneous manifestations associated with myelodysplastic syndrome
• Myeloid hemopathy with the most frequent skin lesions (20%)
• Preceding, synchronous or appearing during the disease course
• Significant lesion polymorphism
• Satellite Lesions:
1. Infectious manifestations +++
2. Neutrophilic dermatosis: Sweet's syndrome, Pyoderma gangrenosum, Erythema elevatum diutinum
3. Autoimmune manifestations (dermatomyositis, SLE,...)
4. Nonspecific lesions: leukocytoclastic vasculitis, prurigo
