Lymph Node on POCUS 

Lymph node architecture should consist of a fatty, echogenic center that is maintained in lymphadenitis (think: tiny kidney). Most large (>5mm) nodes will also have hilar vascularity. Destruction of normal architecture is worrisome, as is hypervascularity
