Wood Splinter on Hand POCUS (under water bath)
Can you spot the foreign body? Transverse sweep of hand 1st dorsal web space.
Faintly echogenic linear structure seen. No dense posterior acoustic shadowing or reverberation artifact seen.
By appearance guessing is wood splinter. No halo sign/inflammatory response yet so guessing is very acute.
