Fine Ventricular Fibrillation on POCUS Echocardiogram (PLAX)
Beautiful PLAX view - fine rapid ineffective movement of the myocardium. MV is open and the leaflets are quivering. Life threatening condition - needs urgent defibrillation. Agree - One of the most important applications of POCUS.
