  - Optic Nerve / Track: Glaucoma, Intracranial mass/track compression (i.e. hemianopsia from pituitary tumor)
Acute:
 - Unilateral, Painful: Keratitis, Corneal Abrasion, Anterior Uveitis, Hyphema, Endophthalmitis, Glaucoma, Optic Neuritis
 - Unilateral, Painless: Lens Dislocation, Retinal Detachment, Central Retinal Artery Occlusion, Central Retinal Vein Occlusion, Ischemic Optic Neuropathy, Retinal Hemorrhage, Vitreal Hemorrhage, TIA, Stroke/lnfarct
 - Bilateral, Painful: Keratitis (toxic exposure)
 - Bilateral, Painless: Stroke/lnfarct, Intracranial Mass, Pseudotumor Cerebri, PRES, Metabolic/Toxic
