Small Bowel Obstruction on Abdominal POCUS
Pt has abdominal pain, distension and vomiting. POCUS confirms the Dx:
 - Dilated bowel loops (>2.5cm)
 - "To and fro" movement of bowel contents
 - Free fluid
 - Key board sign (visible plicae circularis)
 - Thickened bowel wall (>3mm)
