Actinotignum schaalii on Culture and Microscopy
- Gram positive facultative anaerobic coccobacili
 - 4 of 4 sets, anaerobic bottles growing short Gram pos rods (coccobacili). It's thought to be a urinary tract commensal and occasional cause of UTIs but here it was the clearly the cause of the bacteremia.
