Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome on POCUS Ultrasound

31 yo F with syncope and abdominal pain.
+ FAST with heterogenous ovary and pelvic free fluid.  HCG is negative!! 
PT has ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome after fertility Tx.
