Femoral Artery pseudoaneurysm on POCUS

Young patient, groin pain 2 months after embolization for GI bleed
I understand why sometimes these are mistaken for abscess. Obviously that can bad. Do a thorough exam, use color, and good rule of thumb is to be suspicious of pulsatile abscesses near arteries!
