Papilledema on Ocular POCUS 17 yo fem w/ HA and blurry vision x 1 month. VS nl. Neuro exam nl. Swollen optic disc (Papilledema). Pseudotumor? Pocus so useful especially when can’t dilate eye and don’t feel confident with fundoscopic exam. ONSD 7.1mm >> 5mm measured at 3mm behind retina Neuro consult -> LP. Opening pressure 37! Dx Pseudotumor Cerebri. Ocular POCUS raised suspicion after revealing papilledema and dilated nerve sheath. Pt dc’ed home on acetazolamide, neuro/Optho f/u.
