 - Physical - Malignancy or other tumor, Calculi, Hypercalciuria/nephrocalcinosis, Trauma
 - Structural - Cysts - PKD, Medullary sponge kidney
 - Vascular/Ischemic - Papillary necrosis, Sickle cell disease/trait, Infarction, AV fistula
Ureter - Malignancy, Calculi, Stricture
Bladder - Bacterial cystitis (mainly women), Urethritis, prostatitis, Tuberculosis/Schistomiasis, Malignancy, Calculi, Stricture, Radiation
Uncertain - Exercise haematuria, Anticoagulation, Facititious hematuria
