Posterior Scleritis on Ocular POCUS
Patient presents with left eye pain, redness and decreased visual acuity.  Right eye normal. What's the diagnosis?
Answer: Posterior Scleritis. Uultrasound findings include thickened posterior wall of globe and fluid in Tenon's space (arrow, see labeled schematic https://twitter.com/MH_EMultrasound ).  
Initial tx with NSAIDs +/- steroids.
