Arm Epidermoid Cyst on POCUS Ultrasound
Patient presents with right arm pain and focal swelling. Diagnosis?
Answer: Epidermoid cyst - benign skin lesion with keratin material from thin layer of squamous epithelium.  Twinkle artifact is a specific sonographic finding.
