Pyonephrosis with large renal calculus on POCUS
Acute left flank pain with nausea and vomiting. What's the diagnosis?
Answer: Pyonephrosis from large renal calculus.  Note moderate hydronephrosis with layering debris.  Tx with perc neph to drain infected urine and IV abx.
