Portal Venous Gas on POCUS - Pneumatosis Patient has ischemic bowel with portal venous gas. Both cause intrahepatic branching gas pattern. Pneumobilia tends to result in larger collections of centrally located air while pneumatosis tends to result in small air densities located peripherally.
