AAA Rupture on POCUS - Transverse view mid Aorta-with Doppler. Severe mid-abd pain/older female. You see what could be an intimal flap. You scan further. Has 5.72 cm saccular aneurysm. Patient has ruptured AAA with hemorrhage anterior to AAA from leak. Can see how on first glance could be confused as intimal flap by novice POCUS user. Look again at abnormal wall motion by site of rupture-mimicked intimal flap on TRV image. Always scan in 2 planes.
