Pelvic Intraabdominal Abscess on POCUS
Fever, low BP with lower abd pain x 8 days-worsening. WBC-28.9K. Pelvis sag of RUSH exam. Diagnosis?
Patient has ruptured appendicitis with intra-abdominal abscesses.  Delayed presentation to hospital. Note the CT sagittal recon showing an abscess cavity cephalad to the urinary bladder--that is what was seen on the pelvis sag u/s image
