Wooden Splinter Foreign Body on POCUS - Transverse View Patient presents to our ED for 3rd opinion. Cut arm with piece of wood last week. Persistent pain/swelling. Abx without response. X-rays neg. Has MRI scheduled next week at OSH. FB can be seen on both sagittal and transverse clips. Successfully removed with ultrasound guidance. POCUS for the win.
