RCC on Renal Ultrasound
Right flank pain for 2 days. UA with micro hematuria.  Hx-HTN, Type 2 DM.  Right renal coronal shown. Ascites present. No hydronephrosis. What is up with renal parenchyma? Doppler image of right kidney. Be able to recognize key incidental findings.  No hydro. Renal parenchyma distorted. Ascites present. Patient diagnosed with clear RCC.  Note that RCC can have variety of sonographic appearances-solid vs partially cystic.
