Right UVJ Stone on Bladder Ultrasound (Transverse)
50's M-R flank pain 1 hour duration.Vitals stable.POCUS 1st approach--great windows R/L kid-No hydronephrosis. No prior hx of renal stones.  Appeared uncomfortable. Urinary bladder scanned. Bladder TRV video-note bladder only partially full. 3 mm rt distal UVJ stone seen.
