Pyuria on POCUS and Foley What do you think the urine looks like in this patient? There is echogenic debris within the dilated urinary collecting system and urinary bladder. Without history this could represent purulence or blood. This patient was febrile and in septic shock. Purulent urine. Had urinary retention-bilat hydro. Cr-7.8. Grew out E. coli.
