Renal Abscess on POCUS Left flank pain. On ABX Day 5 for pyelo. She has hx of renal stones and now feels worsened pain and is concerned passing another stone. WBC 16.4K. Afebrile. No hydronephrosis seen but has well-defined heterogenous area within the renal cortex. Doppler image shown. Is this a complex renal cyst? Differential would include renal abscess, complex renal cyst, renal cell CA.
