Hepatic Abscess on POCUS Had recent colonoscopy with biopsies. Answer: Had perforation of colon at hepatic flexure with subsequent abscess formation. Note the presence of the abscess adjacent to the GB. Not the anticipated POCUS GB finding but good fellow pick up (pre-CT). Abscess is relatively isoechoic to liver so easy to miss.
