 • Receptors: β1
 • Indications: Rate control of a-fib/a-flutter, Suppression of PACs/PVCs, Suppression of VT, Stable angina, Acute coronary syndrome, Post-MI, Heart failure (2nd line)
Esmolol (IV only)
 • Receptors: β1
 • Indications: Rate control of a-fib/a-flutter
Acebutolol (β1), Pindolol (β1, β2)
 • Indications: Situations in which ß blocker indicated in pt w/o CAD/HF but limited by side effects, Inappropriate sinus tach (2nd line?)
Atenolol
 • Receptors: β1
 • Indications: Stable angina, Hypertension (but not superior to placebo!)
Propranolol
 • Receptors: β1, β2
 • Indications: Stable angina, Essential tremor, Migraine prophylaxis, Variceal bleed prophylaxis
Carvedilol
 • Receptors: β1, β2, α1
 • Indications: Heart failure (1st line)
Labetalol
 • Receptors: β1, β2, α1
 • Indications: Hypertension
