Urinoma and Calyceal rupture on Renal Ultrasound
Sudden onset Rt flank pain.  Patient has right distal UVJ stone with hydronephrosis and urinoma. Urinoma most likely due to minor calyces rupture from pressure.  Distal UVJ stone seen on sag bladder image below.
