Impacted Gallbladder Stone on POCUS
20's female with RUQ pain x 20 hrs. Has positive Murphy's. Vitals stable. Other than WBC 12.8, labs nl. U/S sag shown. TRV next in thread. 
GB distended with TRV width: 4.82 cm. Has impacted large stone in neck, small mobile stones in fundus, and adenomyomatosis of GB.
