Dilated Common Bile Duct on POCUS
50's yo patient with RUQ abd pain. Vitals stable/afebrile. Labs: WBC 12.4, obstructive pattern hepatic panel, normal lipase. no PMH.  Has sludge with wall thickening but no definitive stones seen.  Has intrahepatic and extra hepatic ductal dilatation. Subsequently had CT scan and MRI/MRCP.  Found to have mass in distal CBD.  Diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. Good review article on cholangiocarcinoma.
