Amyloidosis on POCUS Echocardiogram - Parasternal short axis (PSAX)
Pt with systemic AL amyloidosis presents with 1 wk of dyspnea. 
Pt has biventricular wall thickening and biatrial enlargement from amyloidosis. Patient has water bottle appearance of heart on CXR.  Has new large pericardial effusion in addition to the known systemic AL amyloidosis with cardiac involvement.
