 • Ambulatory ECG monitor (if outpatient)
Not cost-effective tests, in absence of specific high risk features or additional indications:
 • Echocardiogram
 • Head CT
 • Carotid US
 • Brain MRI
 • EEG
 • Cardiac stress testing
 • Cardiac Enzymes
