Anterior Mediastinal Mass:
 • Thymus (Thymoma, carcinoma, hyperplasia, cyst)
 • Lymphoma
 • Germ Cell tumors: Teratoma, Seminoma, Nonseminoma (GCT, choriocarcinoma, embryonal carcinoma)
 • Intrathoracic thyroid, Parathyroid adenoma
 • Vascular (hemangioma), Fat (lipoma/sarcoma), Tissue (fibroma/sarcoma)
Middle Mediastinal Mass:
 • Bronchogenic cysts, Pericardial Cysts
 • Lymphoma, Sarcoma, Metastatic Lung Cancer
 • Esophageal Tumors
 • Vascular Mases
Posterior Mediastinal Mass:
 • Neurogenic Tumors: Neurofibroma, Neurosarcoma, Neuroblastoma, Pheochromocystoma
 • Thoracic spine lesions (Potts disease)
