Hydronephrosis and Urinoma on Renal POCUS (Transverse)
Pt c/o RUQ pain. Has known gallstones and states feels like that. On TRV note the following. Noted to have hydronephrosis with free fluid around kidney (urinoma in this case). Urine revealed micro hematuria without pyuria. How it started: Gallbladder. How it ended: Renal. Always take a look at fractional views of right kidney when doing POCUS GB if the GB exam doesn't give you the diagnosis.
