Tracheoesophageal Fistula on Endoscopy 63 year old patient with COVID 19, prolonged OIT, requiring tracheostomy and 10 days after we perform an Upper Endoscopy... with these findings. The patient was in really bad conditions, so not was a surgical candidate. We decided to put an endovac, knowing that is difficult to close due to the size of the defect.
